Terms of Use
By installing or playing Última Muralha you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. The game
Última Muralha is a free-to-play strategy (tower defense) game with optional purchases and ads. We may change, rebalance, add or remove content to keep the game healthy.
2. Your account
- Your account is created automatically and tied to a random identifier stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or switch devices, you may lose access to the account.
- You are responsible for the use of the game on your device.
- Offensive or discriminatory nicknames, or nicknames impersonating other people or the team, are not allowed and may be changed without notice.
3. Virtual items
- Crystals, cosmetics, the pass and other items are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use within the game. They are not money, have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account.
- Nothing you can buy gives an advantage in a match.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play (or the App Store) and follow the store's refund rules. Refunded purchases may remove the corresponding items.
- Subscriptions (Wall Club) renew automatically until you cancel them in the store.
4. Fair play
Cheating is forbidden: modifying the app, automating matches, exploiting bugs, tampering with the clock, submitting fake results or using multiple accounts for advantage. Ranked matches are replayed on the server; invalid results are rejected. We may remove scores and rewards and suspend accounts involved in cheating.
5. Ads
The game shows Google AdMob ads. Rewarded ads are optional. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The game, art, sounds, texts and the Última Muralha brand belong to their authors. You may not copy, resell or distribute the game or parts of it.
7. Availability and liability
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but there may be interruptions, connection loss or bugs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Termination
You can stop playing and delete your account whenever you want. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. If the game is ever discontinued, we will give reasonable notice.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
