Delete account and data
You can delete your Última Muralha account and all associated data at any time, free of charge.
In the game (immediate)
- Open Última Muralha with an internet connection.
- Tap Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone. Afterwards, uninstall the app if you wish.
By email (without the app)
Email contato@ultimamuralha.com.br with the subject "Delete account", including your nickname and, if possible, your player ID (in Settings). We may ask for confirmation to make sure the account is yours. We complete the request within 15 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- profile (nickname, country, language) and device identifier;
- cloud-saved progress;
- matches, scores, ranking positions, season results and titles;
- crystals and their history, cosmetics, pass and pass progress;
- daily reward records.
What is kept (and for how long)
- Purchase records, anonymized (not linked to you), for up to 5 years for tax and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Hall of champions: the historical position remains, with the nickname replaced by "—".
- Server logs (IP, date and time), automatically erased within 90 days.
Purchased items and crystals are lost on deletion and are not refunded. Active subscriptions must be cancelled in Google Play, otherwise they keep being charged.
